JEElevate offers both free and paid features:

• Free Tier: Core features available free of charge with lifetime access
• Paid Features: Premium features available through a one-time payment for your selected duration

When you purchase paid access, you choose your desired number of months. After your paid period ends, your account returns to the free tier. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges - you can purchase additional months anytime if needed.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate access to all premium features upon payment, we do not offer refunds once payment is completed. We believe our free trial period provides ample opportunity to evaluate the platform before purchasing.
